zu den Öffnungszeiten vom Netzwerkbüro: Da wir derzeit aus diversen Gründen unterbesetzt sind, bitten wir euch – sofern es möglich ist – euer Anliegen via Mail an uns weiter zu leiten. Vor Ort im Büro wird heute nur zu den tatsächlichen Kernzeiten, sprich 19:30 – 19:45, geöffnet sein. Um erneut eine Menschenmenge, die bis in die nächsten Etagen reicht, zu unterbinden: schreibt einfach eine Mail. Nichts kann so unlösbar sein sodass ihr uns heute vor Ort besuchen müsstest.Also: bleibt zu Hause und schreibt eine E-Mail wenn ihr ein Anliegen habt.Weiterhin gilt: no mask, no service!

regarding the opening times of the network office:As we’re currently somewhat understaffed due to a variety of reasons, we would like to kindly request that, as much as is reasonably possible, is requested via E-Mail and NOT in person. Today we will strictly stick to our opening times of 19:30 to 19:45.To avoid more massive queues reaching the third story: please write an E-Mail. There is practically no problem which cannot be reasonably solved(in a much faster manner for you and us) that an E-Mail is insufficient. Please write an E-Mail.
To continue your internet we’ll need a picture of the renewed rental agreement and 30€ in an envelope with your name, put into the HLB mailbox.To get internet when you just moved in, we’ll need a picture of your ID, picture of the rental agreement and 30€ in an envelope with your name in the HLB mailbox.Please take a look at www.spacepub.de if you have any further question like „What i need to extend my internet?“ or „What i need for first registration?“ and so on.
